Safety Incentive Award Program Overview
Our
Safety Incentive Award Programs (SIAP) have been
very successful because of their simplicity to operate and administer.
The program begins with a budget set by you the customer. This budget
is usually the amount of money a company has
budgeted to spend each year for an employee that works accident free.
Once the
budget is set, the award selection begins. Our product range includes
work apparel and gear, such as coveralls, uniforms,
jackets, boots and safety glasses. It also includes non-work environment products
such as sporting goods, hunting, fishing and camping products, home and personal
products, including microwaves, televisions,
VCRs, power tools, and logo items such as watches, belt-buckles, caps and
golf shirts.
Once an
employee receives the awarded certificate, he can make an award selection,
mail the certificate(s) directly to our offices
where we process the order and ship the award directly to the employee's house
via UPS.
A safety
program makes two important statements. The first, to your employees,
is "Your safety and well-being is important."
The second, to the owners/stockholders, "Fewer accidents leave more
dollars on the bottom line."
