Our Safety Incentive Award Programs (SIAP) have been very successful because of their simplicity to operate and administer. The program begins with a budget set by you the customer. This budget is the amount of money a company has budgeted to spend each year for an employee that works accident free. The industry average is approximately $20.00 per month, which is only $240.00 per year. This can be higher or lower to meet the companies needs.
Once the budget is set, the award selection begins. Our products range from work apparel, including coveralls, uniforms, jackets, boots, safety glasses to non-work environment products such as sporting goods, hunting, fishing and camping apparel; home and personal products; including microwaves, televisions, VCRs; Logo items such as watches, mugs, caps, and golf shirts.
After the awards have been selected, we will roll-out an on-line store for award redemption, or print catalogs and certificates that can be distributed to the employees. We have found that the most successful programs are the monthly programs because the level of motivation remains high and the employee receives immediate gratification for their achievements. Once an employee receives the awarded certificate, he can make an award selection, mail the certificate(s) directly to our offices where we process the order and ship the award directly to the employee's home via Federal Express.
Each month you will receive an invoice detailing only the items that were redeemed. If no awards were redeemed, there will be no invoice. We are unique in the industry because we do not charge administrative or handling fees.
We sincerely believe this SIAP will be effective because of its success in the past with our other clients. The program also makes two important statements. One to employees, "Your safety and well being is important." And two, it makes a statement to the owners/stockholders. "Fewer accidents leave more dollars on the bottom line."
