Policy
Our returns center will refund or
exchange any merchandise that is
returned in its original packaging
within 30 days from the date of
purchase:

No return merchandise will
be accepted without a Return Authorization
Number.
•
Customer must return product in original
state.
• Clothing cannot have been
worn or laundered and must have
tags attached.
• A receipt is required for
all refunds and exchanges.
• Merchandise that was received
damaged may be returned within 30
days.

Please note that we
cannot accept merchandise from other
vendors.
We reserve the right to charge a
15% re-stocking fee is charged for
all non-defective items returned.
We do not refund any shipping charges.
If you need to return merchandise,
please call or email the details of your
reason for returning the merchandise.
You will be given a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number and
instructions for returning your
merchandise. Pease ensure that
you Include the RMA number in the
address provided in the Where To
Send Returns below:
How to Return Merchandise
To return packaged or damaged
merchandise, indicate the reason for
return on the packing slip that came
with your order. Include the packing
slip with the merchandise, and wrap
everything securely. Ship the
merchandise to the address provided
below. For added protection, we
suggest that you insure the return
shipment or send it via a trackable
express courier service, like UPS
or FedEx.
If you have lost your packing slip,
please record your order number (your
order number was included in the order
confirmation e-mail message we sent
you) on a separate piece of paper
and ship the merchandise to the

How to Return
Gift Items
You may return an item received as a
gift for credit or a refund. To return a
gift please call or email us to receive
an RMA (Return Merchandise
Authorization) Number. Include
the packing slip, if available.
If you did not receive a packing
slip with the order, simply write
on a separate piece of paper the
name and e-mail address of the person
who purchased the gift, along with
your name and physical and e-mail
addresses, and ship the product to the
address listed under "How to Return
Merchandise."
Refund Information
All refunds will be issued within 30
days of the return receipt. A customer
service representative will confirm the
refund date and amount via telephone
or e-mail. Please note that shipping
and handling costs will not be refunded
unless the return is being made
due to an order error on our part.
